Mr. Lai is an experienced corporate banker in the commercial and corporate banking fields and worked with The Bank of China, HSBC and Citigroup in the past. He holds professional qualifications of “HKIB ACRP, Associate Credit Risk Management Professional in Hong Kong. In Starcave, his role is more of non-executive nature.

Mr. Wilson Lau. He is educated in the United Kingdom (“UK”) and holds a master’s degree in the engineering field. Mr. Lau is an experienced corporate banker in the commercial and corporate banking fields and worked with HSBC and Citigroup for 16 years. He has extensive experience in the payment and remittance field. He holds professional qualifications of “MCBI, Chartered Banker” in the United Kingdom and “Certified Banker” in Hong Kong. In the past, he has also established a Fintech company in 2020 with MSO licence in Hong Kong for providing digital payment and remittance service, while he already stepped down from the said company in 2023.

Mr. Walter Leung. He is holding a master degree of management. He has more than 28 years experiences in international banking covering experience in banking operation, internal process management, fraud mitigation, AML and Compliance and risk management. He has also previously co-established the Fintech company in 2020 with Mr. Lau for providing digital payment and remittance service with valid MSO licence in Hong Kong. He already stepped down from the said company in 2023.

Mr. Kevin Chan boasts over a decade of experience in both front-office and middle-office roles with esteemed institutions such as Hang Seng Bank, The Bank of East Asia, and The Bank of China. He has also been a key member of the London team for a Singaporean payments company. His expertise spans personal and business banking as well as the payments sector.
